All services will be down indefinitely.
Reason: I am not migrating to South Africa but the major portion of the publisher M Shahruz Z Q's work will be South Africa and English oriented and I am also trying to learn some Afrikaans and so I need to comply with regulations there but I cannot meet them without a passport and just with my NID. Awami and maybe some BNP Jamaat etc staff still working in the passport offices including Uttara passport office deny to let me complete the passport formalities even though I have submitted the application online and have made all payments, which was difficult for a ordinary publisher like me, and visited them with all required documents. They do so indirectly such as keeping me waiting very long beyond appointed time, requiring me to get original copy of my NID instead of the photocopy even though during online application submission it was already verified once, and asking me to go outside to get copies of documents while it was raining. I have realized they didn't even want me to pay bribes to some unofficial agent because they were very specific and strict about what I should do. It is possible that they were having problems with me just simply for my South African connections (I was not involved with the July revolution of new generation of Bangladeshis, by which I mean Bangladeshis who first voted in 1996 or 1991 and also other elections after them making Bangladesh the world's last muslim majority country to vote for non muslim political parties like Awami League, BNP and similar parties, Jatiyo Party but eventually they revolted and became their main oppostion although they did not have much intention to form a fully muslim political party. And as I am not involved with any of these two sides in politics I would probably have not faced this problem if my connections were with some other African country nearby because Awami League and maybe BNP Jamaat and others believe that people in those countries can easily be stopped from competing with their achievements by lobbying for such situations but it could be that they are unhappy because they fail to apply this strategy against South Africans). Now I will have to find some other way to proceed with my plans.

It has been decided that there will be some changes to the business model of the publisher M Shahruz Z Q. This decision could help improve sustainabilty in the present circumstances and I might be able to continue working with my business even if it is not better in terms of the prospect for generating a higher revenue for the publisher.
